started!
To families of all 9th-12th graders, please join us on
Sunday, September 7th at 4:30 in the Sanctuary at Faith
Community for our Confirmation Kick-Off Meeting.
This gathering is for both
parents and students interested in joining us for
Confirmation this year. Classes are on Sunday evenings from
4:30-6PM and include dinner so that students can stay for
youth group.

Help Serve the Area
Homeless
with Faith Community and Water’s Edge
Water’s
Edge has several wonderful
opportunities to participate in this fulfilling mission
outreach. Our sister congregation, Faith Community has been
a support church of Crestview Presbyterian Church for
several years as they served the people of the Cincinnati
IHN program. They will help provide two more evenings of
support at Crestview in 2008 while getting their own program
up and running at Faith through the Warren County IHN
program.

of children in our congregation! This fall our children's
ministry program will have over 70 kids enrolled. WOW! In
order to continue to provide a relevant and meaningful
children's ministry program, we need YOUR help! We are still
in need of a few facilitators for the upcoming school year.
Being a facilitator is fun and EASY. All of the prep work is
done for you. Your job is to join us during our children's
ministry time, laugh and talk with the kids, and most of all
have FUN!
Small
Group Communities at Water’s Edge provide wonderful
opportunities for people to get connected, find support and
fellowship. These opportunities allow people to grow
spiritually in order that their life might be changed by
growing deeper in a relationship with Jesus Christ.
