Small Study Groups Small Study Groups create an environment where its members experience fellowship, acceptance, trust, confidentiality, and support of one another, fulfillment when serving, and a growing relationship with God. A healthy small group consists of: 3-12 people, Bible based study, Prayer, Service and Regular meetings. Each group will have a small study group leader. Each season throughout the year there are a variety of small study group offerings that meet for study. There are Dive In to Small Groups fairs regularly to help you get connected to a study group. Fall Study Group Opportunities: 5 Love Languages - As Pastor Jenn preaches on the 5 love languages during worship on Sunday morning, small groups will be using the book by Gary Chapman. Groups are meeting at different times and days of the week. Tuning into God – The Very Best of the Eagles meets on Sunday evenings. This study uses popular and spiritually provocative secular songs to engage small groups in study. Men’s Prayer Group – Meeting on the 1st and 3rd Saturday morning from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at Bob Evans Restaurant (East on Tylersville Road off I-75) in West Chester. Time Out For Men – Starting in October, men will meet twice a month on Saturday morning from 7:30 -9 AM for a light breakfast and a current study topic designed to build a deeper relationship between other men and Christ. Women’s Share Group – An opportunity for women to connect with God and one another each week. Meeting time determined by the group. |
